Family Buys a House and Discovers an Unexpected Feature Not Listed

Family Bought A House And Were Delighted To Find A Surprising Part That Wasn’t On The Listing

Next to graduation, marriage, and the birth of a child, buying a new home is definitely the biggest event in life. Of course, at the same time, each person wants to know what he or she is buying and does not want to be surprised by something unpleasant.

A woman named Kayla and her family were of the same opinion when they were preparing to move into their new house. However, soon after moving in, they found a part that was not included on the listing when they were buying it.

Yet, when they saw what it was, they were not upset about it at all.

The Best Part Of The House

When Kyla and the other members of her family saw the part of the house that wasn’t advertised in the listing, they were a bit shocked.

However, in an Instagram video this woman posted via her profile, @wanderlustkyla, it would soon turn out that it was in fact the “best part” of the house.

This same video begins with footage of Kyla’s child enjoying the swing in the backyard of their new home. Although it seems it could not get any better than that, the next scene instantly disproves that.

It shows the child standing in front of the best part of the house: a hole in a random spot along the fence. However, the whole itself is not important in this story, but the cute furry head that soon emerges through it from the other side.

It is the head of a neighbor’s dog named Stewie and that hole serves him to supervise the neighborhood but also to say “hello.”

Although it might be annoying to some, these people, especially the little ones, are delighted to have a neighbor who greets them every day and checks how they’re doing.

In the video caption, Kayla also revealed that this hole was not always used by Stewie’s head.

“For those wondering, the hole was there when we moved in! The previous owner said it was for a sump pump and that was before Stewie lived there.” she wrote.

This Video Delighted Many

In the video that Kayla posted on Instagram, we can see that it’s not only the children who greet their furry neighbor but even the cat

Although it can be seen that she is not quite as enthusiastic as the children, it is still nice to see this kind of scene.

This is best seen in the amount of reactions to this video. Namely, the video attracted a lot of attention and there were many interesting comments. We highlighted a few of them.

“Paint a flower so Stewie can be a flower!!!!” one user wrote while the other commented: “I mean seriously. How awesome is that!!!”

The third quipped: “You’re lucky it wasn’t in the listing, otherwise the bidding would have skyrocketed! 🐶”

Part of the money they saved thanks to the fact that the best part of the house was not included in the listing, they already plan to spend for good purposes
“We are looking into making a door for him!” Kayla wrote at the end of the video caption.
